Background

##  A strategy background grounded in real business decisions. 

Before working independently, I spent over 7 years in advertising and growth leadership, most recently in a VP role at a leading Indian agency. My work across that time included brand strategy, digital transformation, growth systems, and helping businesses navigate how they position themselves and move forward.

On paper, strategy often looked strong. Execution was usually in motion. But one issue kept showing up again and again: the business was active, yet the customer-side clarity was still weak.

The message wasn’t sharp enough. The value wasn’t landing clearly enough. And growth was being pursued before the fundamentals were fully aligned.

That pattern shaped the work I do today.

Why this work

##  Because growth gets expensive when the fundamentals stay vague. 

Over time, I became less interested in surface-level activity and more interested in what was underneath it.

Why does a good offer still feel hard to communicate? Why do some brands stay busy without building momentum? Why does growth become harder than it should be, even when the team is doing the work?

More often than not, the answer comes back to clarity — around positioning, messaging, customer understanding, and strategic focus.

That’s why my work sits at the intersection of brand clarity and commercial traction: helping businesses identify what is unclear, strengthen what matters, and move forward with more confidence.
